All team captains will receive a payment receipts after making their payments. If you need the invoice before you make the payment, contact us. The option to send an invoice before or after payment is not possible for teams in the first price group (the first price group is intended for teams of natural persons, not for companies)!

The rules of placing into price group. 

Team is is placed in the lowest free pricing group at the time of team creation. Each pricing group has its payment limit - the first 7 days, the second 14 days, the third 28 days - from the date of registration. The information will come to the captain by mail after the team has been set up. In case, team captain does not make a payment within the specified limit and his current price group is already filled, he will be transferred to the higher price group after the expiration of the limit. The higher price group team with the earliest registration, which at the moment is not yet paid, will be transferred to the lower price group. In case of exchanges of teams in price groups, both team captains will receive mail information and the payment limit starts from the beginning. The latest date of payment is the date of closing the price group.

ENTRY FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE!

Cancelling the team registration or not competing for whatever reasons, which are not caused by the run organizer, are not reasons for a fee refund. The only reason for the entry fee refund is organizer´s failure to make any team´s start possible or taking part in the competition.

PAYMENT TRANSFER

In the event that a team that has a registered entry fee and is unable to start, the payment can be transferred on request:

1. to another team that is registered for the current year of the event, or
2. for the next year of the event with a fee of 100 EUR (the next year the entry fee for such a team is 100 EUR). Payment can only be transferred once. The transferred entry fee, it is not possible to transfer it again and in case the team does not start again, the paid entry fee is forfeited.
